Kimberley Ross (or "Kim") is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in Ontario. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Work degree with a minor in Psychology from Laurentian University.
Kimberley offers compassionate, evidence-based care to adults. Her specializations include: anxiety, phobias, depression, OCD, trauma, and substance use. She has completed advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She has taken specialized courses in CBT for anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. She is also trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
Kimberley brings over 7 years of experience working in both group and individual settings. In her current role with the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program, she supports clients using CBT . She provides thorough mental health assessments so that she can create personalized plans.
Clients appreciate Kimberley’s warm and down-to-earth approach. Her ability to build trusting, respectful relationships. She works hard to understand each person’s unique needs and helps them build skills to feel more in control of their lives.
Outside of work, Kim likes to travel, paddleboard, spend time with friends and family, and her chocolate lab.
