Therapists We’re Looking to Add to Our Remote Team
OCD Therapist
We are looking for experienced OCD Therapists who have specialized training and experience in using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT).
Training and experience in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) is considered an asset.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable treating a wide range of OCD subtypes, including:
Contamination OCD
Harm OCD
Sexual OCD (especially pedophile OCD or POCD)
Relationship OCD (ROCD)
Hit-and-run OCD
Moral scrupulosity
Familiarity with the nuanced presentation of intrusive thoughts and compulsions is essential. It’s also essential to deliver treatment in a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and structured way.
Therapists should also be able to support clients in reducing safety behaviours and avoidance, and in building tolerance to uncertainty.
Phobia Therapist
We are looking for Phobia Therapists with experience treating specific phobias using evidence-based approaches like Exposure Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a bonus. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of avoidance patterns, safety behaviours, and the role of anticipatory anxiety.
We are especially interested in therapists who have experience working with emetophobia (fear of vomiting), driving phobia, claustrophobia, and flight phobia.
The right candidate will be skilled at creating structured, step-by-step exposure plans that are compassionate, collaborative, and effective. You should feel confident helping clients build distress tolerance, reduce avoidance, and reclaim parts of their lives that have been limited by fear.
If you are passionate about helping clients face what feels impossible and walk away with greater confidence and freedom, we’d love to hear from you.
Trauma Therapist (PTSD)
We are hiring Trauma Therapists with expertise in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and complex trauma.
Strong candidates will have training in trauma-focused modalities that are supported by research. We specialize in the first line treatments recommended by the American Psychological Association.
Training and experience with Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), EMDR, or Trauma-Focused CBT.
We are especially interested in clinicians who can work with both single-incident trauma and developmental trauma, and who understand the role of shame, dissociation, and nervous system dysregulation in trauma recovery.
A trauma-informed, strengths-based approach is essential - and this should be the foundation of treatment (but not the treatment modality).
Therapists should be confident working with individuals who have experienced childhood abuse, sexual assault, medical trauma, accidents, or workplace trauma, including first responders and healthcare professionals.
ADHD Therapist
We are seeking ADHD Therapists who specialize in supporting teens and adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the executive functioning challenges that come with ADHD, including difficulties with time management, emotional regulation, impulsivity, and working memory.
Training in CBT for ADHD is required, and familiarity with coaching strategies or mindfulness-based approaches is considered an asset.
Therapists should be able to help clients develop realistic systems for organization and follow-through, while also addressing the emotional toll of chronic overwhelm, shame, and negative self-perceptions.
Experience working with late-diagnosed individuals and/or those with co-occurring anxiety or learning differences is highly valued.
