The cost of CBT and therapy varies by the therapist’s training, experience, and location. In Canada, therapy is often not covered by provincial health care.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for anxiety
EMDR
CBT for depression and postpartum depression.
CBT for sleep problems or insomnia (CBT-i)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or trauma

80-Minute Therapy Session:$277.5 - $405
Mental health assessment
Exposure-based sessions for anxiety and Prolonged Exposure (PE) for PTSD or trauma
Psychological Assessment by a Licensed Clinical Psychologist

$270 per hour + $100 battery fee if applicable.

For a targeted diagnostic assessessmats (e.g. ADHD), fees vary between $1450-$1720 + $100 Battery Fee
For a comprehensive diagnostic assessment it is approximately $2430 + $100 Battery Fee
Autism assessments are approximately $2700 + $100 Battery Fee
Pricing for Supervision Sessions
50-minute supervision session: $185 - 270
Supervision is for psychotherapists (e.g. RP, occupational therapists, social workers, and nurses).
Please note that Dr. Steinhart only provides consultation.
We have a variety of experienced CBT supervisors and consultants to choose from.

Are Therapy Sessions Covered by Insurance?
