How do I know if I need therapy for a past trauma?
Most people experience a traumatic life event at some point in their life. But not everyone will need therapy because of it. Some people can remain stuck in their trauma for years (or even decades). Unhealed trauma and PTSD can be treated with Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) and other forms of CBT.
